Prior to relocating to Charleston, Martin worked in Pennsylvania as a Dining Services Manager and Director of Dining Services in higher education. During his tenure at both jobs, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of an 80-person staff, balancing a multi-million dollar budget and maintaining a proper ordering schedule. Under Martin’s leadership, Dickinson College was voted in the Top 10 Best College Food Service by Princeton Review for five years running, and profitability increased by $4M. His extensive leadership experience is a respected addition to Hamby’s executive support team.
Keith Martin joined the Hamby team in 2015 as VP of Operations, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. His wide skill set in the dining sector, working in a variety of roles from finance to sales and development, makes him a valuable asset to Hamby.
