Patrick joined the Hamby kitchen in September of 2015 as a Sous Chef and over time, honed and crafted his leadership and culinary skillset to establish the groundwork for his current role.
Prior to moving to Charleston, Patrick had been a part of the food and beverage industry for nearly 12 years, previously as a Sous Chef for a luxury hotel group in Cincinnati. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Cincinnati, as well as a Food Management degree from the University of Akron.
From creating the menu to upholding the level of quality Hamby is known for, he bridges together the different departments of the company ensuring fluidity among all branches. Patrick’s talent and individual flare bring even more uniqueness to the catering culture, providing food our clients love. An Ohio native, Patrick is excited to leave behind the midwest winters for the landscape of the Lowcountry.
