Hamby Happenings: Wined + Dined

Another year is in the books for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival. What a gorgeous weekend we had as the backdrop to celebrate all things wine and food (our favorites!). Besides catering two events over the course of the weekend, we were also able to enjoy the festival.

As a staple to the Charleston foodie and wine aficionado community – we had a great time socializing with world class chefs, cruising the Culinary Village, and chatting about all things Hamby to our well-fed and ravingĀ fans. Here’s a sampling of what we served up at the South of Broad Sip + See:


Seared Tenderloin of Beef Costini with Housemade Herbed Boursin & Pickled Peach

Our serving trays line the marble countertop in one of the beautiful homes on South of Broad.

Our staff loved ‘toasting’ to a successful weekend at the Toasted: The Finale event on Sunday evening. Our chicken drumettes were total HIT! What can we say, everyone loves a Southern favorite.
