Tim Martin, Sous Chef

Having joined our kitchen staff in the Fall of 2014, Tim brought extensive experience in the food and beverage industry to Hamby Catering. He previously worked as a chef at several Pennsylvania restaurants including the Inn at Herr Ridge, a fine dining inn that previously served as the first Confederate hospital during the Battle of Gettysburg, which is located only minutes from town.

Tim graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Yorktowne Business Institute. As a Sous Chef, Tim handles daily prep work, ordering product, on-site preparation and delivering the highest form of catering to our clients.
