Hamby Catering’s leadership in the industry was highlighted by recently hosting extensive training for some of Charleston’s event workforce. Spearheaded by their Director of Operations Rachel Malecky, Venue Coordinator Becca Cook, Leadership Logistics Coordinator Brooke Billings, and their Warehouse Manager Karen Osuji, the training consisted of brushing up and fine-tuning service industry fundamentals. The training was also co-hosted by Spike by Snyder, the city’s largest bar service and one of Hamby Catering’s established partners.
