November 15, 2010 15 | November Makes 3 cups 1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed dry 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup canned chopped green chilies (optional) Melba rounds Chop artichokes. Combine artichokes with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, garlic powder and green chilies. Place mixture in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Serve with Melba rounds.
