Southeastern Wildlife Exposition

We’re thrilled to be back at this year’s Southeastern Wildlife Exposition in Charleston’s historic Marion Square. We’ll be serving up fan favorites including our famous chicken salad sandwiches, chicken bog, sliders & more!

Want to place a Market order to pick-up at our pop-ups? Here’s what to know:

We require 48 hours advanced notice to pick-up at one of our pop-ups. All orders must be submitted by Tuesdays at 11AM.
If you are placing an order online, please state in the order notes “This order is for pick-up at The Rutledge Room Downtown Pop-ups.”
Pick-up orders can also be placed via phone at 843.725.4035 or via email at niki@hambycatering.com
Orders must be picked up during the pop-up hours of 11AM-2PM.

Customized Menu Pop-up

Customized menu pop-ups have a set list of items to be served that are established prior to the event by the client. These events can be public or private (private events have a minimum cost requirement). Set menu pop-ups can serve both hot and cold items, and depending on space can also accommodate market items.

Market Pop-up

Market pop-ups are your Hamby favorites, on wheels! We bring our brick and mortar on the go, offering boxed tea sandwiches, take and bakes, frozen meals, dry goods and more!
