Leadership Logistics Coordinator
Brooke’s culinary voyage began as a young girl play-acting “waitress” with her grandparents. She carried this passion through culinary competitions and part-time restaurant jobs in high school. Brooke then took a sharp left turn, attending Clemson University for her Bachelor’s in biology and a minor in chemistry. After graduating, she set sail to start a new chapter in Charleston, SC to pursue an opportunity at the Medical University of South Carolina. Although grateful for this detour, she always found herself drawn to the way that carefully curated food and parties make people feel.
She joined the Hamby team in June 2021 as a part-time server. In less than a year, she left the medical field behind to join the team full-time as Leadership Logistics Coordinator. She now directs her detail-orientated skills towards engineering, staffing, and executing events. Outside of Hamby-land she can be found at the dog park with her dog, Howie.
