Lead Sous Chef
A Charleston native, Josh was raised in downtown and has been in the culinary field for over 16 years. Josh began his culinary career working in several downtown restaurants. He then joined the army to be a chef for several years. After his time spent in the military, Josh came back home to Charleston worked at the Rarebit from 2013 to 2017. Through a family member who worked at Hamby, Josh was introduced to the company and became a prep cook. Josh currently serves as the sous chef for the hot kitchen. Josh’s hobbies include working on cars and breeding dogs.
