Karen Osuji is a South Carolina native, originally from Irmo, SC just outside of Columbia. Food is the love language of Karen’s Nigerian heritage, and growing up in the kitchen with her mother instilled a passion for cooking that she carries with her every day. After gaining additional culinary knowledge in school, Karen moved to Charleston in 2013 and immersed herself in the many varieties of restaurants the city had to offer. Karen particularly developed a love for fine dining and catering, which had opened her up to a new side of food she hadn’t had much experience with before. After about eight years focusing on the culinary aspects of catering, Karen began implementing her knowledge of events to the operating and logistics side of things. Karen continues to use her well-rounded catering knowledge and passion for creating special moments to set our teams for success from start to finish.
