Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Linsy moved to Charleston in 2017 to study Hospitality and Tourism Management at the College of Charleston. While studying, Linsy had several internships including one with the Cougar Club, now known as the College of Charleston Athletic Fund. Linsy also worked as a server for a luxury venue with on-premise catering, which encouraged her passion for unique catering experiences. During this time, she also completed an internship with a private chef in Charleston, where she was able to learn more about local products as well as hone her organizational skills.

After graduating from the Honors College at the College of Charleston, Linsy joined the Market at Hamby team in July 2021. At the Market she works closely with the culinary team and other members of the sales team to create offerings for easy entertainment and meal solutions.
