Meghan brings over 12 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry to her role as Staffing and Leadership Development Coordinator on the Hamby Operations Team. Her career has taken her from Massachusetts to Florida, New York, and South Carolina, where she developed a deep understanding of team building, customer service, and operational excellence. Most recently, she has worked in Charleston’s vibrant catering scene, leading teams and coordinating events with precision and creativity.

Meghan has a genuine love for working events throughout the city and takes pride in helping celebrate some of the most meaningful moments in people’s lives — from weddings to milestone occasions. That same heart for service carries into her current role, where she focuses on strategic staffing, leadership development, and creating growth opportunities across the organization.

Outside the office, Meghan enjoys reading novels, spending time with family, and hosting dinner parties with her husband and their two King Charles Cavaliers. She’s currently preparing for an exciting new chapter — welcoming their first baby this holiday season. Her favorite motto, “Leave it better than you found it,” reflects both her leadership style and her personal philosophy.
