The Couple:

We had the pleasure of serving Alexis and Nick, whose deep love for the flavors of the coastal Lowcountry shaped every aspect of their welcome celebration. Their vision for a laid-back yet elegant gathering was brought to life through a menu that honored the culinary traditions of South Carolina. A rehearsal dinner sets the tone for the events to come, and with a delicious Lowcountry boil on the menu, the fun was ready to be fueled.

The Dining:

The heart of this gathering was a mouth-watering Lowcountry boil, featuring shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage – all classic staples of the South Carolina coast. Guests enjoyed this feast while taking in the scenic views of the waterway. Our culinary team also curated smaller bites like cucumber rounds with Cajun-spiced shrimp and scallops topped with crispy prosciutto, perfect for mingling and savoring every flavor.

The Details:

Guests were treated to refreshing beverages served from a chic pink open bar truck, complete with taps pouring local brews and cocktails. As they relaxed with drinks in hand, they joined in lively cornhole games, adding a playful energy to the evening. From the stunning food presentation to the lively company, the evening was a perfect balance of tradition and personal touches, with an undeniable Lowcountry charm.
